Join The Traveling Chef team as they guide you in the art of pasta making.  This class was designed for anyone who wants to perfect the art of making fresh pasta from scratch. Learn about different pasta shapes, cooking times, as well as savory sauces.  This is a skill every cook should know and a great way to impress your dinner guests!

Class Details

Seafood can often be an intimidating feat, especially living in the Midwest.  In this class learn what to look for, how to prepare, and how to cook fresh seafood.  We will cover everything from shellfish to whole fish preparations.  Using fresh ingredients from both coasts & our own back yard, you will discover how to take advantage of what’s fresh.
