Home consumers often don't know where to start when crafting cocktails at home. But what if there were seven formulas that provided the skeleton for an infinite number of cocktails? During this seminar, Bittercube co-founder Ira Koplowitz will provide concrete formulas, foolproof riffs and historical context for creating dealer's choice libations in a pinch.  Attendees will have the opportunity to taste 7 half cocktails and appetizers will be served. After you have learned the art of crafted cocktails, let us do the work and stay for the cocktail party featuring cocktail favorites from Three Three Five & Bittercube Bitters.

Become your own itamae in this hands-on class. Sushi is about subtle combinations kept simple: seasoned rice, seasonal fish and produce at peak flavor, slightly roasted seaweed and just a hint of flavoring from sauces and condiments. Learn the art of hand rolling maki, slicing sashimi, and crafting nigiri. Once you've mastered the basics, you'll be prepared to make great sushi at home whenever the craving arrives.

A perfect Pairing, Kid’s edition: Pizza & Yoga! Let your kids enjoy an afternoon of self-exploration and fun! We will start with a 30-minute intro to yoga at Grace Yoga Studio and then head over to Three Three Five to learn the art of a perfect pie. Chef Chris will teach your children the technical and safety skills of working in a home kitchen and how to make pizza from scratch.
